Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and evaluate the procurement team (including supervisors and specialists), set performance KPIs, and provide career development guidance
Negotiate long-term supply plan with core suppliers, optimize supplier structure, and maintain high-level supplier relationships to ensure stable supply
Monitor market trends of server raw materials supply-demand changes and conduct risk assessment; develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions (e.g., shortages, logistics delays)
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, R&D, and other departments to coordinate procurement schedules, control procurement budgets, and improve overall supply chain efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields
8+ years of procurement experience in the server/hardware industry
3+ years of team management experience
Profound knowledge of server raw material specifications, supplier ecosystems, and global procurement processes
Familiar with international trade regulations and customs clearance procedures
Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Able to balance cost, quality, and supply stability
Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis tools
Strong ability to analyze procurement data
Fluent in English (both written and spoken, TOEIC 500+)
Good communication and leadership skills to drive team performance
