Responsibilities
Provide on-going development of analytics pertaining to quality improvement, service excellence, revenue cycle, clinical operations and other financial application systems
Oversee activities of analysts trained to manipulate information to create analytics that support clinical and operational decision making for leadership teams across the facilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Health Care or related field
Five (5) years of information technology analyst support experience
Three (3) years of experience managing IT analysts
Three (3) years of experience working in a health related field
Experience working with databases and development of reports
Preferred
Experience working with EPIC Clarity
Experience building datamarts, data visualization
