Undisclosed company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead enterprise-wide commercial strategy and revenue growth. This executive role involves aligning sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
Define and execute the company’s overall commercial strategy, aligning revenue growth, market expansion, and customer engagement with corporate objectives
Own end-to-end revenue performance across sales, marketing, customer success, pricing, and commercial partnerships
Lead go-to-market strategy across products, segments, industries, and geographies, including positioning, packaging, and pricing
Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to shape growth strategy, annual operating plans, and long-range commercial objectives
Oversee sales strategy, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance management to drive predictable and scalable revenue growth
Drive customer acquisition, retention, expansion, and lifetime value through integrated sales and customer success strategies
Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Operations to align product roadmap, pricing, and delivery with market demand and customer needs
Establish commercial KPIs, dashboards, and operating rhythms to ensure accountability and data-driven decision-making
Lead and develop senior commercial leaders across sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams
Identify and execute strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel strategies to accelerate growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
15+ years of progressive experience in senior commercial, sales, or revenue leadership roles
Proven track record of owning and scaling enterprise-level revenue and go-to-market functions
Strong understanding of pricing, sales operations, customer success, and commercial analytics
Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership and influence company-wide strategy
Exceptional leadership, communication, and execution skills
Preferred
MBA or other advanced degree
Prior experience as a Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, or equivalent executive role
Experience in growth-stage, enterprise, or private equity–backed environments
Background in complex B2B, B2C, or hybrid commercial models
Track record of leading commercial transformation and sustained revenue acceleration
