Responsibilities

Engage with semi-conductor, industrial, and commercial facilities, contributing to the technical quality and schedule of complex engineering and programming tasks
Become familiar with client expectations, scope, budget, and schedule
Provide on-site assistance during startup and coordinate activities with other staff and discipline leads
Focus on configuring and programming facility management system PLCs and HMI/SCADA interfaces
Collaborate with our team on highly complex systems
Design electrical circuits and panels using CAD applications
Develop options and optimizations for process control, instrumentation, and automation

Required

Associate of Applied Science Degree in Electronics or Instrumentation
At least 6 years of Industrial System Integration Experience
Knowledge of PLCs and SCADA systems
Experience with Rockwell and Client/Emerson PLCs
Experience with inductive automation Ignition software packages
Understanding of Piping & Instrument Diagrams (P&ID) following ANSI/ISA S5.1 symbology
Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite including MS Word, Access, Outlook, and Excel

Preferred

Experience with CimplicityTM and Rockwell programming packages
Experience in semiconductor, industrial, or general industrial facilities
Experience in various aspects of industrial automation, instrumentation, electrical power, and building automation system design
Pressure, temperature, flow, and level installation, calibration, and maintenance experience
Understanding of operations, safety considerations, and applications for common analytical instruments including pH, Conductivity
Understanding of analog, digital, and relay field wiring and troubleshooting
SQL server experience
Experience building industrial control panels
Ability to specify instrumentation and valves
AutoCAD experience
