Responsibilities

Lead and manage the electrical engineering team to ensure project success
Design and implement electrical systems for various projects including power, lighting, and low voltage systems
Oversee the development and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS)
Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for electrical design and documentation
Ensure compliance with LEED standards and sustainable design practices
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to meet project specifications
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide mentorship to team members

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
