Deep diving into existing databases (system databases and internal data warehouse) to understand table layouts and data types
Determining how different systems (e.g., state data, reservation data) connect and documenting these connections
Collaborating with business teams to understand their objectives for the loyalty system, promotions, and state-specific needs
Documenting technical requirements for the development team and business needs for senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Experience with data architecture and relevant projects
Business analysis experience, including working with executives
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in technologies such as SQL Server, Snowflake, Kafka, Airbyte, AWS, and Azure
Preferred
Loyalty program experience
