Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and support SCADA/MES applications
Work with business and manufacturing teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Integrate SCADA/MES systems with PLCs, ERP, and WMS platforms
Develop and support APIs and data integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
Perform system configuration, security management, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Support SDLC activities including design, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of SCADA experience
1+ year of Ignition SCADA experience (mandatory)
Experience with HMI/SCADA systems integrated with PLCs
Strong skills in Python, SQL, and expression languages
Understanding of MES, OEE, Track & Trace, and manufacturing workflows
Experience with system integrations and enterprise-scale applications
Stable job history and currently employed
US work authorization (US Citizen / Green Card / TN Visa)
Ability to work onsite in Indianapolis
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
