The Safe to Learn Benchmarking Consultant will support countries in updating their benchmarking assessments and developing country briefs to inform policy makers and enhance violence prevention in schools.

Qualification
Required
Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in child protection, education, social work, international development or other related discipline
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the fields of education or child protection, with a focus on violence prevention and response
Demonstrated understanding of gender and inclusion
Proven experience in M&E and research
Ability to review, analyze, and synthesize large volumes of data and documentation into concise, reader-friendly and actionable summaries
Skilled at translating technical or comprehensive findings into accessible formats for diverse audiences, including policymakers and stakeholders
Strong written communication skills, both technical and non-technical
Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural, and highly collaborative environment
Fluency in English (both oral and written) required
Preferred
Proficiency in consolidating complex information from multiple sources into clear, structured reports aligned with UNICEF organizational standards is considered an asset
Fluency in French or Spanish (oral and written) is desirable
