Responsibilities

Lead and direct Packers to ensure production goals and quality standards are met
Monitor jobs for accuracy and defects; initiate corrective actions and hold procedures when needed
Ensure SOPs are followed and packaging components are correct for each job order
Maintain SAP inventory integrity and ensure finished goods are flagged correctly
Manage team rotations, breaks, and timecards for temporary workers
Communicate effectively during shift handoffs to minimize delays
Perform and document hourly inspections and audits (6S and SOP)
Train team members on QA SOPs and conduct regular audits
Collaborate with Production Supervisor and Operations to resolve issues quickly

Qualification

Supervisory experienceSAP inventory managementOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsBasic math skillsQuality assurance trainingBilingual (Spanish)

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent (technical school preferred)
3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to read a ruler, scale, and micrometer; perform basic math
Flexible with scheduling and overtime
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety

Preferred

Supervisory experience
Spanish bilingual
