Provide leadership and coordination for Privacy Impact Assessments
Design and implement privacy requirements into key processes and tools across the enterprise
Define, implement, and operate Data Ethics Governance Process
Develop, monitor, and report privacy metrics
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly on a W2 basis
Five years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience involving the enforcement of TCPA, CPRA, GLBA, and CAN-SPAM requirements
Experience in designing and executing risk assessments
Experience in banking or financial services
Preferred
Ten years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience involving the enforcement of TCPA, CPRA, GLBA, and CAN-SPAM requirements
Experience creating dashboards using Qlik or Tableau
Experience creating workflow and digital forms using Nintex
