The Administrator will oversee daily operations, manage staff and budgets, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain communication with patients and families.

Qualification
Required
Proven ability to manage teams, oversee operations, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and state regulations
Strong written and verbal communication skills, conflict resolution, and the ability to build effective relationships with staff, residents, families, and external stakeholders
Skills in managing budgets, scheduling, ensuring operational efficiency, and tackling challenges proactively
Familiarity with skilled nursing, hospice, home health care, and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field
Prior experience in healthcare administration or a similar leadership role, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Active Nursing Home Administrator license in Utah is required or willingness to obtain one promptly
