Responsibilities
Support and optimize multiple high-speed production lines
Lead continuous improvement and capital improvement projects
Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to improve safety, quality, throughput, and cost
Train and coach operators and frontline teams on problem-solving methods
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering
Mentor junior engineers or technicians as needed
Qualification
Required
BS in Engineering required
5+ years of Process Engineering experience in consumer products or high-speed manufacturing
Strong experience with continuous improvement, project management, and hands-on process work
Proven ability to mentor, coach, or train others
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Background in tissue, paper, packaging, textiles, or similar industries preferred (but not required)
Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience strongly preferred
