Manage and support live digital advertising campaigns across multiple video ads platforms
Execute and optimize campaigns using a hands-on, keyboard-driven approach
Partner with agencies to manage pacing, spend allocation, and performance goals
Deliver insights and optimization recommendations aligned to client KPIs
Build and maintain performance reports using ads data and Excel
Conduct competitive and market-level analysis using publicly available data
Support extended hours during peak campaign periods
Maintain strict confidentiality, compliance, and professionalism in all engagements
Qualification
Required
Experience in digital ad buying
Experience in political or issue-based advertising
Experience in agency account management or adjacent paid media roles
Comfortable operating in time-sensitive, regulated environments
Manage and support live digital advertising campaigns across multiple video ads platforms
Execute and optimize campaigns using a hands-on, keyboard-driven approach
Partner with agencies to manage pacing, spend allocation, and performance goals
Deliver insights and optimization recommendations aligned to client KPIs
Build and maintain performance reports using ads data and Excel

Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Google Ads preferred; LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, DSPs acceptable
Campaign, political, or issue-based advertising environments
Agency or client-facing account management roles with digital media exposure
Hands-on experience supporting or executing live digital campaigns
Strong Excel and reporting skills
