Responsibilities

Preparing and negotiating purchase agreements, finance and loan agreements, and ancillary agreements

Forming new entities and drafting organizational documents

Drafting board and member authorizing resolutions and related consents

Organizing and reviewing due diligence documents

Managing closing checklists, regulatory filings tied to transactions, and post-closing compliance deliverables

Conducting targeted research and drafting practical memos

Required

J.D. from an accredited law school

Licensed in Louisiana or ability to become licensed promptly
