Responsibilities

Branding: Adhere to existing brand guidelines (link to brand book below)
Photos & Content: Work with Comms manager & associate and freelance copywriter to use photos/videos and create assets
Collaboration: Work with HIH MarComms particularly comms lead and dept head (Emma), Comms Manager (Stevie), Comms Associate (Mariana) and Copywriter (Amelia) to refine content and design direction
This 6-month retainer work will include: invites, decks, social media assets - infographics, graphic cards - title cards for reels, website pages, external facing reports

Required

Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
Ability to create high-quality design content on Google Suite/Presentations
Experience in creating pitch decks or presentations
Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines
Ability to create custom infographics and visual data representations
Copywriting skills are ideal for assisting with text elements
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Flexibility with shifting priorities
Availability must be within 3 hours of the Pacific Time Zone
Typically have some availability/responsiveness every day, Monday through Friday, during work hours in the Pacific Time Zone
