Responsibilities

Train and obtain current knowledge of technology and operational functions and procedures
Assist with and train in the installation or troubleshooting of software and hardware as needed
Assist with and support technology projects and their needed components
Assist with and support efforts to provide operational assistance to end-users in a courteous and timely manner
Assist with and train in application development and workflow automation
Assist with and train in documenting business requirements and technology documentation
Perform a wide variety of tasks in a learning capacity

Required

Student pursuing the educational equivalent of a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field from an accredited college or university
Completion of 30 college hours toward this degree
Cumulative grade point average of 2.0
Must possess understanding of basic technology concepts and jargon
Must be customer-centric and enjoy working with others
Ability to multi-task and have good time management and organization skills
Ability to utilize office productivity software such as Microsoft Office
Good communication (oral and written) skills
Valid driver's license
