As an Accounting Assistant, you will assist the Accounting Managers in day-to-day dealership activities, including managing sales transactions and inventory.

Responsibilities
Local daily bank deposit
Review sale documents, verify compliance, and record sales transactions
Completing license, title and registration for customers
Issue checks as needed
Enter and manage store inventory
Assist Accounting Manager as needed
Various account reconciliations
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid organizational and multitasking skills
Title work experience
An awesome attitude
The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
Neat, clean, and professional appearance
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers
Preferred
Notary experience is a plus
Dealership experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience is a plus
