They are currently seeking an Onsite Data Center Support Technician to support data center operations in the Greater Grafton, Massachusetts area, with responsibilities including rack and stack operations and server management.

Configuring and connecting new servers
Rebooting servers
Checking status lights
Managing inventories
Assisting with security escorts

Qualification

Required

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including both 8 and 12-hour schedules
Experience with rack and stack operations

Preferred

Familiarity with servers and blades from manufacturers like IBM, Dell, and Sun
