Responsibilities
Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including background checks and new hire paperwork
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Track licenses, certifications, and in-service trainings
Assist with timekeeping, attendance, and employee inquiries
Help facilitate employee engagement activities and events
Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations
Collaborate with the regional HR and payroll teams as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred
Prior HR or administrative experience preferred (healthcare experience a plus)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
