Responsibilities
Develop personalized tax strategies for entrepreneurs, business owners, investors, and high-income professionals
Identify advanced planning opportunities in areas such as entity structuring, retirement plans, real estate, charitable giving, and wealth transfer
Prepare client-ready tax plans with clear documentation and advisor-friendly explanations
Research and monitor tax law changes, providing concise briefs and recommendations
Collaborate with financial advisors to align tax strategies with client goals and deliver training to build advisor fluency
Serve as a subject matter expert, equipping the team with insights and guidance to confidently present strategies to clients
Qualification
Required
3+ years of advanced tax planning experience
Deep expertise in tax strategy (business taxation, W2 optimization, real estate, retirement, and investments)
Ability to distill complex tax law into clear, actionable guidance for advisors and clients
Thrive in an autonomous, evolving environment and follow through with accountability
Balance creativity with compliance, pushing boundaries while upholding integrity
Preferred
CPA or EA license strongly preferred
