Leading the organization's data strategy, governance, and advanced analytics initiatives
Driving data-driven decision-making
Ensuring data quality and enabling scalable analytics solutions to support business objectives
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated, hands on experience with Data Architecture, Data Modeling and knowledge of software application development
Hands on experience and expertise in AWS, Snowflake, Airflow, SQL, Python, CICD, Github and knowledge of alternative investing (ideal)
Proven expertise integrating software engineering best practices into work flow integration across an entire team including: CICD, Github
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, and leadership roles
Proven expertise in data architecture, cloud platforms (AWS) and big data technologies
Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with machine learning, AI, and predictive analytics
Knowledge of modern DataOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for data workflows
Ability to drive cultural change towards data-driven decision-making
