The role involves supporting attorneys with the preparation, filing, and management of U.S. and international patent applications, ensuring accuracy and maintaining deadlines.

Responsibilities
Prepare and file U.S. patent applications, PCT applications, and coordinate foreign filings
Monitor and docket prosecution deadlines and USPTO communications
Prepare and file formal documents (Assignments, Declarations, Powers of Attorney)
Manage responses to office actions and other prosecution-related tasks
Communicate with clients, foreign associates, and government agencies
Assist with portfolio management and reporting
Qualification
Required
3+ years of patent paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
Strong knowledge of USPTO and PCT rules and procedures
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
