Responsibilities

Outbound calling: Make 30+ calls per day (about 600+ per month) to engage business leaders
Engage and educate: Explain the value of our resources and teach users how to navigate the portal UI
Client management: Manage your assigned client list across products; drive usage and a positive experience
Meet KPIs: Achieve a minimum 7% success rate (engaged conversations that lead to resource access/portal use), maintain case productivity, and collect feedback
Stay informed: Keep up with product changes, campaigns, and company initiatives
Consultative guidance: Listen to client needs (HR, healthcare, cybersecurity) and point them to the right tools
Document everything: Record calls, notes, and data updates in our CRM (Salesforce); follow up consistently
Handle objections: Stay professional and persistent, including calling back after rejection

Required

Preferred

2+ years in customer service, sales, or call center roles
Comfortable with fast-paced, repetitive daily tasks
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to work independently and with a team
Skilled in problem-solving and multi-tasking
Detail-oriented with strong organization
Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based tools
Familiar with KPIs and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
