Digital Assets - Principal Product Manager
Confidential is an early-stage startup focused on revolutionizing ERP-native B2B payments. The Principal Product Manager for Digital Assets will lead the product strategy for stablecoin-based payment infrastructure, working at the intersection of blockchain technology and enterprise finance to help businesses adopt digital assets within their existing ERP workflows.

Responsibilities
Define and own the end-to-end product vision for stablecoin-powered global payments embedded directly into ERPs (e.g. how enterprises can operate in hybrid fiat + digital assets environments & align our roadmap with enterprise priorities: risk reduction, cost predictability, auditability, and uptime)
Establish the north star architecture for an API-first, on-chain settlement network serving multinational enterprises
Identify new product opportunities across: Stablecoin issuance & settlement, On-/off-ramps and liquidity orchestration, Cross-border treasury flows, Programmable payments and smart-contract-based automation
Design primitives for: Stablecoin payments, custody, and settlement finality, Wallet abstraction and key management, Compliance-aware transaction flows
Lead product design for stablecoin-native ERP experiences, including: AP/AR automation, Real-time reconciliation and reporting, Treasury and cash-management workflows
Partner closely with integration teams to ensure seamless embedding into enterprise finance stacks
Serve as a product leader with partners such as stablecoin issuers, blockchain networks and infrastructure providers, banks, custodians, and liquidity partners
Evaluate new chains, standards, and protocols for enterprise readiness
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years of product management experience, with senior or principal-level ownership
Deep experience in payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, or ERP-adjacent products
Strong understanding of stablecoins (USDC, USDT, etc.)
On-chain settlement vs traditional rails (SWIFT, ACH, RTGS)
Wallets, custody models, and transaction lifecycles
Proven track record building API-first, developer-centric platforms
Ability to translate complex regulatory and technical constraints into simple, scalable products
Direct experience shipping blockchain or crypto-native products
Experience introducing new financial rails (real-time payments, ISO 20022, blockchain, etc.) into enterprise environments
Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise finance workflows
Experience working with global compliance regimes (US, EU, APAC)
Background collaborating with banks, payment networks, or large enterprises
