Associate – Corporate Accounting & Reporting
WhiteCap Search is representing a client seeking an Associate to join their team in Greenwich, Connecticut. This role focuses on accounting, analytics, and reporting, with an emphasis on corporate entity structures, providing valuable exposure to complex financial operations.

Responsibilities
Own the accounting for corporate entities, from transaction initiation to reporting (both internal and external)
Prepare analytical reviews for owned entities and present findings to senior finance management
Prepare quarterly general ledger reconciliations to underlying subledgers and source systems
Own consolidation adjustments, allocated footnotes, and disclosures in consolidated audited financial statements
Complete and assist with various audit-related work papers for interim and annual audits and address any follow-up inquiries
Prepare analysis to support annual tax filings, working with external tax advisors to meet reporting deadlines
Prepare ad-hoc analysis as requested and communicate results to senior management and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
2-4 years of accounting experience within public accounting or in a complex corporate environment
Experience with finance accounting systems with strong IT systems aptitude
Preferred
CPA preferred
Experience with PeopleSoft / Oracle preferred
