Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join their team in the Nashville area. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with restaurant owners and promoting Total RESA's solutions to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the Nashville area

Identify new business opportunities and drive sales of Total RESA's products and services, including equipment packages, smallwares, and installation services

Conduct on-site visits and presentations to demonstrate Total RESA's capabilities and solutions

Sell products from manufacturers based on requests from the Operations team, ensuring that customer needs are accurately fulfilled

Collaborate closely with the Operations team, providing clear instructions and details of customer requirements to ensure seamless delivery and installation

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the company CRM (NetSuite)

Provide market feedback and competitor insights to support business strategy

Required

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage territory efficiently

2+ years of outside sales experience

Preferred

Knowledge of the Nashville restaurant market is a plus

Preferably in restaurant equipment, foodservice, or related industries
