Responsibilities
Design, implement and maintain scalable and secure internal IT solutions that empower and support our team members
Build Workflows in Okta and Rippling (HRIS)
Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for complex IT issues
Manage and administer multiple SaaS platforms
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
Mentor junior IT staff members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions
Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT engineering or a similar role
Experience (5-7 years) with desktop operating systems (macOS, Windows 11, Linux Ubuntu)
Experience with Okta and building Okta Workflows
Experience (3-5 years) with Mobile Device Management (JumpCloud, Intune)
Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Associate Google Workspace Administrator, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus
