Responsibilities
Create New Businesses: Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities aligned with World Kinect’s growth strategy. Build business cases, financial models, and lead the full lifecycle—from concept validation to commercialization and scale
Drive Market Entry: Define go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and partnership frameworks that accelerate adoption and deliver competitive advantage
Forge Strategic Partnerships: Develop alliances with industry leaders, technology innovators, and investment partners to unlock new growth channels
Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless delivery of new ventures. Influence senior stakeholders and secure buy-in for strategic investments
Qualification
Required
10+ years in business development, innovation, or commercial leadership roles, with a track record of launching and scaling new businesses or products
Experience in energy, transportation, logistics, or adjacent sectors
Strong P&L ownership and ability to build sustainable revenue models
Bachelor's degree required
Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
