Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and report on quality activities for raw and packaging materials

Control non‑conforming items, conduct root‑cause analyses, and monitor corrective actions

Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to maintain quality standards

Provide input for purchase‑order requirements and ensure compliance with specifications

Stay current on industry best practices and apply innovative solutions to technical problems

Experience in controlling non-conforming items, conducting root-cause analyses, and monitoring corrective actions

Ability to collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to maintain quality standards

Ability to provide input for purchase-order requirements and ensure compliance with specifications

Knowledge of industry best practices and ability to apply innovative solutions to technical problems

Preferred

Manufacturing and process improvement experience

Defense or military contractor experience

Working knowledge of GD&T, FMEAs, and Root Cause and Corrective Action Processes

Experience in Six-Sigma green belt techniques and statistical process control methods
