Responsibilities

Work with functional teams from initial concept development to final production and distribution
Manage individual projects, including attending internal briefings, managing timelines, scheduling work-back schedules, budget management, supplier coordination, and maintaining quality production standards
Arrange the purchasing of goods and services from domestic and international vendors
Act as a liaison among managers (Image Design, Marketing, product design, etc.) and outside agencies
Provide design support for higher-level designers as needed

Required

Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on W2
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2-4 years of directly relevant work experience
Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law 1 yr; Masters 0-3 yrs; Associates degree 1-3 yrs; High School 3-5 yrs
Adobe Suite expertise (Illustrator)
Experience with managing budgets and timelines
Strong communication skills for liaising with teams and external agencies

Preferred

Prior experience with sportswear companies is heavily preferred
Experience with project-based management tools preferred (Wrike, Airtable)
CLO 3D experience nice to have
