Join two established internists and a APP in a growing, multi-specialty clinic
Supportive, patient-centric, physician-led medical home model
Collaborative care with advanced clinical practitioners and nurses
Excellent telephone call schedule and 24-hour nurse advice line
On-site lab, imaging, and pharmacy support for comprehensive care
Hospitalist coverage available 24/7—no hospital call
Shareholder track available
Qualification
Required
MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA certification
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
