Responsibilities
Gather requirements and develop enhancements to the NYePAY application to support multiple payments modules
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the existing application
Maintain and support the interfaces with Benefit Issuance and Control Subsystem (BICS) and Facility Application and Management System (FAMS)/ Child Care Facility System (CCFS)
Monitor file processes, including BICS Payment files and ACH NACHA files, to ensure timely payments for Child Care
Perform writing the complex stored procedures/triggers in an Oracle database
Individual under this position will work under the direction of a Project Manager
Qualification
Required
Experience in gathering requirements and developing enhancements to applications
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within existing applications
