Business Development - Customer Service Rep
Nashville Toyota North in Nashville, TN is looking to hire a full-time Business Development - Customer Service Rep to effectively communicate with our customers. The role involves answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a positive attitude while engaging with customers to enhance business growth.

Responsibilities
Answer all incoming phone calls for the service department
Answer any questions that customers bring to you or transfer their calls to the correct employee if you're unsure of the answer
Schedule appointments for customers, ensuring a minimum of 40 appointments are set each day
Complete call logs as assigned by the service director making no less than 50 outbound calls per day
Maintain a positive and professional attitude
Engage with each customer with a smile on your face as well as actively seek out new and return customers to increase business
Qualification
Required
