Clinical Content Analyst

Responsibilities

Develop subject matter expertise in disease states, medical terminology, and associated care plan recommendations
Assist in pre-meeting preparation, agenda development, and provide logistical support during meetings
Collaborate with physician committee co-chairs to accurately document content-related questions and logic-building discussions before and after meetings
Manage the documentation of medical committee discussions, including the creation of flowcharts to illustrate the rationale for clinical decisions
Utilize our proprietary smart logic system to build clinical content, including diagnostic and treatment algorithm logic, supporting material links, and associated care plan recommendations
Act as the first point of quality assurance for all clinical content, promptly addressing and correcting any identified issues
Ensure effective and timely communication of content changes to the Medical Director, subject matter experts, and technical teams
Collaborate with technical teams to communicate requirements for the smart logic system
Develop proficiency in drafting and sending release communications to clients, detailing different levels of changes to the clinical content
Provide exceptional customer service for content-related requests from internal and external physicians, ensuring timely responses
Continuously update and expand knowledge of medical terminology and industry advancements

Required

B.S. degree, preferably in a scientific and/or medical field with 3-5 years experience
Exceptional observational skills with the ability to listen and collaborate effectively with others
Excellent problem-solving skills, analyzing multi-step pathway algorithms
Strong oral and written communication skills, facilitating clear and concise documentation
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in relevant software and tools
Ability to work independently on projects while effectively contributing to a team environment
Quick learner with the ability to acquire new skills and knowledge rapidly
Knowledge of medical terminology
Strong interpersonal skills, willingness to collaborate across departments, and a positive attitude
