As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will execute and optimize programs that bring OpenEnvoy to market, focusing on measurable outcomes and business impact. This hands-on role involves managing campaigns and ensuring data accuracy while collaborating with various teams to drive qualified demand across finance workflows.

Responsibilities

Build and operate full-funnel programs that drive qualified demand across finance workflows
Own performance across key channels including email, paid, search, and retargeting
Define and run the experimentation cadence from hypothesis to insight to iteration
Personally operate core tools and workflows to ensure campaigns, data, and reporting are accurate and reliable
Ensure clean instrumentation, attribution, and lifecycle tracking across campaigns
Partner with Sales to align on funnel signals and conversion quality
Work closely with Lifecycle Marketing, Product, and Design to launch programs quickly and correctly
Use AI-first tools to move faster, test more, and scale what works

Required

6 to 10 years in B2B SaaS or fintech growth, performance, or revenue-facing marketing roles
Proven track record owning execution across demand programs and the systems that power them
Hands-on experience operating CRM-driven go-to-market motions, including lifecycle tracking, attribution, and funnel measurement
Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into launched programs and measurable outcomes
Comfortable working directly in core tools and workflows to ensure data quality, reliable reporting, and operational integrity
Experience balancing speed and rigor in fast-moving environments with imperfect information
Strong analytical instincts and confidence making decisions based on signal, not noise
A builder who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
A hands-on operator comfortable owning execution and systems, not just plans
Data-driven, disciplined, and confident showing performance transparently
Comfortable running across SMB volume, enterprise capture, and category creation
Motivated by ownership, accountability, and measurable progress
