Responsibilities
Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Aura Components, and Flows
Implement and optimize the Health Cloud data model, including patient records, care plans, provider data, and other healthcare-specific objects
Build and enhance Experience Cloud sites with strong understanding of user experience and component development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Admins, Architects, Business Analysts) to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations, data integrity, automation, and UI performance
Participate in code reviews, release planning, and environment management to ensure high-quality deployments
Stay current with Salesforce platform capabilities, seasonal releases, and best practices
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Available to start within two weeks
Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, including complete understanding of the Health Cloud Data Model
Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud and Lightning Aura Components
Proficiency in Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows, Orchestration preferred)
Preferred
HTML/CSS experience on Experience Cloud portals
Experience with Salesforce Scheduler / Intelligent Appointment Management
Knowledge of Platform Events and event-driven architecture
Apex (classes, triggers, asynchronous processing)
Familiarity with Prompt Builder and generative AI Salesforce tools
Experience with Agentforce
Omnistudio (DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards)
Experience with Discovery/Assessment Frameworks
CI/CD setup using tools such as GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Copado, or Azure DevOps
Salesforce Developer certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Health Cloud, OmniStudio Developer, etc.)
Experience working in healthcare or regulated environments (HIPAA familiarity beneficial)
Strong communication and documentation skills
