Advise founders and executives on first-time legal hires and rapidly growing legal teams

Place associates or partners into leading law firms

Help firms scale specialist teams

Run successful searches through a boutique or larger legal search firm

Access the top 1% of lawyers interested in tech, AI, or cutting-edge legal practices

Required

Legal-domain expertise: A proven record of placing attorneys—corporate, commercial, privacy, IP, employment, regulatory, litigation—into in-house or private practice roles

Startup & venture insight: Comfort advising founders and executives on first-time legal hires and rapidly growing legal teams

Law firm search experience: Experience placing associates or partners into leading law firms, or helping firms scale specialist teams

Contingency or retained track record: Successful searches run through a boutique or a larger legal search firm

Tier-1 candidate network: Access to the top 1% of lawyers interested in tech, AI, or cutting-edge legal practices
