Responsibilities
Provide full‑spectrum leadership — Shaping vision, building relationships, energizing the team, and delivering results
Test Execution & Oversight –Oversee test plan development, hardware integration, and execution across varying technical and contractual requirements
Technical mentorship – Teach and guide junior engineers on electrical, software, and mechanical fundamentals; foster a multi disciplinary culture of problem solving
Stakeholder Communication – Prepare and deliver briefings, technical presentations, and written reports (status, performance, corrective actions) to U.S. government customers and internal leadership
Act as Control Account Manager, driving cost, schedule, and earned value performance for IT&E efforts
Continuous Improvement – Identify inefficiencies in the I&T flow, drive corrective actions, and implement best practice processes to improve program schedule and cost performance
Qualification
Required
Strong technical breadth
Excellent communication skills
Proven experience briefing senior U.S. government stakeholders and Lockheed Martin leadership
Leadership in shaping vision, building relationships, energizing the team, and delivering results
Oversight of test plan development, hardware integration, and execution across varying technical and contractual requirements
Technical mentorship in electrical, software, and mechanical fundamentals
Preparation and delivery of briefings, technical presentations, and written reports to U.S. government customers and internal leadership
Acting as Control Account Manager, driving cost, schedule, and earned value performance for IT&E efforts
Identifying inefficiencies in the I&T flow, driving corrective actions, and implementing best practice processes
Preferred
Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM)
Experience managing multiple programs and balancing technical and business objectives
Demonstrated capability to coordinate cross disciplinary teams for fabrication, integration, and testing of flight hardware
Track record of delivering compelling customer presentations that convey performance results, schedule status, and corrective actions
Excellent written and verbal communication; prior experience briefing senior U.S. government customers and senior Lockheed Martin management
