Responsibilities
Review incoming reports for correctness and correct errors
Enter data accurately into multiple systems, including Excel
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email
Educate and assist in Critical Incident reporting processes
Access and navigate multiple internal and external platforms simultaneously
Collaborate with team members and maintain organized records
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Knowledge of patient confidentiality / HIPAA laws
Keyboarding and general computer literacy
Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Teams, Outlook)
Strong customer service, phone, and email etiquette
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Data analysis skills are a plus
1–2 years of relevant experience
