Responsibilities

Support or lead projects including functioning as a scrum master when requested

Support as team lead responsible for team certifications, qualifications, cross-training assignments, instructor readiness, and post-event reporting

Develop new training materials, update existing curriculum, plan and execute development tasks to meet key milestones

Conduct formal training for internal and external customers, conduct instructor evaluations, and submit training reports

Master Training Specialist Certification

Relevant USN Aegis Baseline 9 operational experience

Air Warfare, Surface Warfare, and Undersea Warfare knowledge and experience

Curriculum development experience

Relevant Aegis ACNT or Computer/Display operational experience

CompTIA Networking+, CompTIA Linux+, CompTIA Security+, Certified Cisco Networking Associate, or comparable certification is a plus
