Responsibilities
Implement & configure Oracle Service Logistics Cloud for service parts, inventory, and returns management
Integrate with Field Service, Depot Repair, Order Management, and 3PLs
Optimize warranty tracking, RMAs, service contracts, and reverse logistics
Provide functional & technical support, troubleshooting, and user training
Develop reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and SQL
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Oracle Service Logistics Cloud experience
Expertise in Inventory, Order Management, Field Service, and ERP integrations
Strong understanding of service supply chain & logistics
Preferred
Knowledge of OIC, REST/SOAP APIs (preferred)
Oracle Cloud certification (a plus)
