Responsibilities

Building and owning foundational data tables and metrics that power analytics for Omni Value Add-On Services

Translating complex datasets into self-serve dashboards that enable teams to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions

Developing insights that inform Walmart’s long-term strategy in home, tech, and protection services

Supporting strategic planning, business reviews, and executive-level storytelling with clear, actionable insights

Collaborating cross-functionally to prioritize initiatives and support day-to-day execution of key programs

Proactively identifying gaps, opportunities, and solutions in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field

4+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, or related roles

Experience working with large datasets and building analytical tools or dashboards

Experience in merchandising, planning, eCommerce, services, marketplaces, or platform-based businesses

Exposure to consumer services, home services, or subscription-based models

Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed organization
