Responsibilities
Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend Verizon FiOS internet products and services
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ethical sales practices
Support new enrollments and guide customers through the full activation process
Take on increasing leadership responsibilities, including coaching teammates and assisting with daily operations
Collaborate with Sales Managers to track performance, improve team results, and exceed enrollment goals
Maintain accurate records of customer information, service agreements, and transactions
Represent Verizon with professionalism, integrity, and a leadership mindset
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to influence and motivate others
A leadership mindset, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
0–2+ years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service
High school diploma or equivalent
