Responsibilities
Own day-to-day performance across:
Meta (primary)
Google Search
Display
YouTube
Expansion channels (such as Reddit, X, etc.) as we test and scale
Build and manage account structures designed for scale, not short-term hacks
Allocate budget based on ROAS, CAC, and full funnel performance
Test constantly and be in the ad accounts, all day every day
Diagnose CAC issues across the entire acquisition funnel
Ad → CTR
Landing page CVR
Checkout CVR
Identify where performance breaks down and propose clear solutions
Partner with full Marketing team to improve performance in ads, landing pages, and full funnel
Make data-backed recommendations and implement changes directly
Understand what creative works on each platform and why
Leverage AI tools and design team to make high volume of new creative for all ad accounts, knowing where to prioritize and what volume is needed to avoid creative fatigue
Iterate on hooks, angles, and formats
Partner with copywriters and AI to write high-performing headlines, captions, and ads
Analyze creative performance patterns and apply learnings across channels
Balance velocity with insight—testing fast and learning fast
Use platform data + internal analytics to evaluate true performance
Understand attribution limitations and work within them intelligently
Track and optimize toward:
CAC
Day 1 ROAS
Payback period
Funnel conversion rates
Communicate performance clearly to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years managing paid acquisition yourself for high-spend accounts that drive ads directly to purchases
Deep hands-on experience Meta Ads, with comfort expanding across Google Search, YouTube, and emerging channels
Proven experience managing and scaling paid media budgets up to $1M/month across one or more platforms
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple paid channels simultaneously without losing performance rigor
Deep understanding of full-funnel performance (and how to fix), including: Ad-level performance (CTR, CPM, CPC), Landing page and funnel conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, payback period, and revenue efficiency
Experience in diagnosing performance issues beyond the ad platform, including landing pages, offers, and conversion flows, and fixing them yourself
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, test-and-learn environment
Low ego and works well with others
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
Experience in SaaS, subscriptions, or funnel-driven businesses
Prior ownership of paid channel budgets in the $1M+/month range
Experience working in fast-growth environments ($10M–$100M ARR)
Familiarity with attribution challenges and imperfect data environments
