Responsibilities

Partner with Enterprise Sales Team to support the full sales lifecycle, including discovery, solution design, proposal development, and deal closure
Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer business objectives, network environments, and technical requirements
Design and recommend enterprise telecommunications solutions, including fiber-based services, Ethernet, SD-WAN, DIA, voice, and managed services
Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution overviews to enterprise customers and stakeholders
Create network diagrams, solution documentation, and technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and proposals
Serve as the technical subject matter expert during customer meetings and presentations
Collaborate with internal engineering, provisioning, product, and operations teams to ensure solution feasibility and smooth transition post-sale
Maintain knowledge of telecommunications technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings
Support account planning and identify opportunities for expansion, upsell, and cross-sell within enterprise accounts

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales Engineering role within telecommunications, networking, or a related industry
Experience supporting enterprise or large commercial customers
Strong knowledge of IP networking, fiber-based services, WAN technologies, and enterprise connectivity solutions
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce (or equivalent) for opportunity management and forecasting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) for presentations, proposals, and customer documentation
Valid driver's license required

Preferred

Industry certifications (CCNA, CCNP, SD-WAN, or similar) preferred but not required
