Strategies to Empower People is looking for a full-time Program Director for their Behavioral Support Services department. The Program Director will be responsible for program design, development, implementation strategies, and supervision of service coordination and treatment plans for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in community-based supported living programs.

Responsible for program design, development and implementation strategies

Supervision and consultation of individual clients' service coordination and treatment plans

Develop treatment plans for clients served

Develop staff understanding of trauma-informed care

Ensure health, safety and success of clients and employees

Qualification

Behavioral health experienceSupervisory experienceFiscal managementMaster's degreeI/DD population experienceTrauma-informed careLicensed therapistCommunication skillsTeam leadershipProblem-solving

Required

At least two (2) years experience working in the behavioral health field

At least two (2) years of supervisory experience

A Master's degree in a related discipline

Being a licensed and insured driver

Having a clean driving record (no excessive points, and no DUIs/wet-and-reckless in the past 10 years)

Preferred

Experience working with individuals with the I/DD population

Two (2) years of fiscal management experience

One of the following certifications/licenses: Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT); Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC); Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBCA) in the state of California
