Moon Valley Nurseries is seeking an experienced Tree Care Maintenance Foreman to lead a small crew in providing exceptional landscape and tree care maintenance services to our residential and commercial clients. This role is responsible for overseeing scheduled maintenance visits, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction are met.

Responsibilities

Lead and train a small maintenance crew to perform high-quality landscape and tree care services

Execute hedge and shrub trimming, small tree pruning, and general yard maintenance tasks

Monitor and diagnose tree and plant health issues, including pests or diseases, and communicate recommended treatments to clients

Ensure safe and proper use of all tools, vehicles, and equipment

Maintain accurate daily logs and submit professional post-visit summaries through HubSpot or similar platforms

Provide exceptional customer service, representing the Moon Valley brand with professionalism and integrity

Coordinate with Tree Care leadership to ensure maintenance schedules and quality standards are met

Support training and safety compliance within the maintenance crew
