Process 50-70 invoices per day
Review invoices for data accuracy and ensure proper documentation
Submit invoices into Microsoft 365
Assist with printing and mailing checks
Compare invoices to purchase orders
Contribute to full cycle processing after the first three months
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented
Quick learner and proactive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt to changes and handle new tasks promptly
Accounts payable experience
Preferred
Open to entry-level candidates with an accounting or finance degree
