Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the corporate media studio at Medtronic Operational Headquarters
Manage video pre-production planning and on-site production activities
Ensures high quality work is delivered on time and on-budget on a consistent basis
Anticipate and respond to needs of key stakeholders and partners
Supervise staff during video production and/or live events
Identify new technology and evolve daily operations as necessary to integrate new technology and capabilities into the media studio
Uses extensive event production knowledge to manage all aspects of event technology ranging from lighting and stage design, to video and audio engineering

Required

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Preferred

Video production, design, project coordination experience
Knowledge on all aspects of shooting videos
Demonstrated skill with video editing software platforms, specifically proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
Extensive troubleshooting and signal flow understanding for complex events with multiple display paths, switching routes, and sound reinforcement requirements, plus key skills for live or pre-taped events
Knowledge of studio and on-location video production, including camera operation, keying, sound, and lighting design
Extensive knowledge of video production equipment
Experience with live streaming
Collaborative mindset and ability to work with varying and changing needs
Ability to operate and carry camera equipment (up to 25 lbs)
Experience in strategic program planning and implementation
