They are seeking an Associate Project Manager to provide administrative and project support, working closely with various teams to ensure successful project launches.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with project managers and leadership to develop project timelines, workflows, risk assessments, and communication strategies
Coordinate, plan, and execute client-related events including logistics, vendor coordination, budgets, and on-site presence
Exercise independent judgment in managing project milestones, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to meet deliverables
Develop and maintain project documentation including checklists, task assignments, reports, timelines, and wrap-up evaluations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assign, track, and prioritize tasks to keep projects and events on time and within scope
Support business development initiatives by assisting with project proposals, presentations, and client engagement materials
Maintain high standards of professionalism in all client interactions, ensuring a positive representation of the organization
Perform other responsibilities as assigned that support the success of the project team
Qualification
Required
2 years of experience as a Administrative Assistant, Project Coordinator, Office Management, or similar function
Excellent written/oral communication
Expert using digital productivity tools such as Office 365, Jira, Canva, Slack, or similar software
